Exceptionally friendly cheap hotel for 3 nights in Seaside. Neat units with coffee pot, large fridge plus microwave. Outstandingly accommodating and super-friendly people working here. Great and incredible location near Seaside Carousel Mall. From the bus stop 10 minutes on foot.

Make sure you stay in the premium king room with a large jetted jacuzzi tub. It has decent location a couple of blocks away from Broadway Park.

The room with a kitchenette was great value.

Everything was great, liked our very nice stay. Our room was bright and non-smoking with a large jetted jacuzzi tub and large fridge, for instance. It met needs well. Courteous staff suggested restaurants. Also, location was perfect, just 5 minutes walk from Seaside Beach.

enjoyable walks to the beach and nearby attractions

I loved being just a few steps from the beach and only a short walk to the fun of the main street filled with shops and restaurants. This, including the beautiful Necanicum Estuary Natural History Park for some peaceful walks amidst nature.

The strong odor of wet dogs in the room. Hooks in the bathroom for hanging clothes would be appreciated!!! Noise from upstairs guests disrupted sleep!!! Improve cleanliness in aging facilities!!!

The staff promptly provided us with new bed linen when we reported the issue.

We stayed for one night, and it was disappointing. The room had no air conditioning. I expected a relaxing experience, but it was far from it.

Perfect spot for family with kids

The room was huge, bigger than I thought it would be, and had these nice floors that was like they weren't hiding anything dirty underneath. They even had a fridge that froze stuff like a real freezer should, a pleasant surprise with kids needing snacks.

It wasn't exactly cheap, but for what we got, it was still reasonable.

We loved exploring downtown Seaside, especially with the complimentary bike rentals! Our grandchild had a blast riding along the beach, and we discovered several fun shops and eateries. The location was perfect for quick jaunts to the aquarium and the carousel mall.

My wife says that a little hesitation could be improved for families with kids. Some amenities were basic, like a better showerhead would make a big difference for family stays.

The location is excellent, close to various attractions and dining options. I also appreciated the pet-friendly policy, allowing my elderly dog to stay with me in a convenient ground-floor room.

The lack of HVAC in the unit was a drawback.

The lack of air conditioning, especially during warmer days. Risking an open door was not ideal due to foot traffic. Cleanliness left something to be desired, with dust and hair in corners and under furniture. The coffee machine didn't work properly and lacked snack options, disappointing.

Had a lovely stay with my family in a spacious room with a great river view and enjoyed the complimentary bike rentals. The serene atmosphere by the river and the cozy sitting areas were perfect for unwinding after a busy day. Just a heads up, the parking lot felt a bit cramped during peak hours but overall, it was a great experience 😊

This place suits me perfectly! It offers free wifi, tv, and non-smoking rooms. On my first stay, the staff helped me with dining directions, and they were always friendly. I highly recommend this place for a city break!

It was just an optimal selection for a weekend respite in Seaside with great value for the money. The room I stayed in was very clean, and the staff were super friendly during check-in and checkout. Consider asking for a room away from the street if you want some quiet.
